Boston, MA — Avison Young has been selected by Boston-based law firm Dain, Torpy, Le Ray, Wiest & Garner, P.C. (Dain Torpy) to serve as the general contractor for the company’s 10,000-square-foot (sf) office renovation.
Mark Sullivan, Avison Young’s director of construction in the Boston office, will lead the team providing project management and general contractor services. Dain Torpy offers developers, business and property owners, and users experienced legal representation in all aspects of real estate development, ownership and operation. The company will be relocating to 745 Atlantic Avenue in Boston’s Leather District from the firm’s current office premises at 129 South Street.

The renovation project, slated for completion in June 2014, includes custom millwork, new executive offices and mechanical system upgrades. The Avison Young team will coordinate with architecture firm StudioTROIKA and various subcontractors to ensure the renovation is completed within budget and the allotted timeframe.
