Avison Young negotiates office lease on behalf of Halloran Consulting Group

Boston, MA — Avison Young has successfully brokered a 6,176-square-foot office lease in Boston, MA. The property is located at 266 Summer Street in the Seaport district – an area now commonly referred to as the Innovation district.

Avison Young’s Justin Dziama, a Vice-President in Avison Young’s Boston office, represented the tenant, Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. Roger Breslin of Colliers International represented the landlord, 262 Summer Street Nominee Trust.

“Avison Young worked tirelessly with us over many months to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for,” comments Halloran CEO, Laurie Halloran. ”Justin identified an ideal location in the Innovation district, which was our top choice for proximity to neighbors in life science. A move of this magnitude is never easy, and with Justin’s help, the process was virtually seamless.”

Halloran Consulting Group is a management consulting firm for the life sciences industry, partnering with companies to accelerate their product development. “With the resurgence of the Seaport district, we’ve seen more and more tech startup, pharmaceutical, and life science tenants migrating to the area,” states Dziama. “Halloran’s move to Boston’s Seaport district is strategic for the company, allowing it greater accessibility to clients and business partners.”
