Boston, MA – Avison Young has successfully brokered a 4,535-square-foot (sf) office lease at 65 Franklin Street in Downtown Boston, bringing the building to full occupancy.
Cadio Inc., doing business as Locately, will be moving its operations to 65 Franklin Street in June 2014.
The Avison Young team led by Matt Twombly, a Vice-President in the Boston office, and Principal Karyn McFarland represented the landlord, The Finch Group.
