- Rocky Hill, Connecticut: Associated Builders and Contractors of Connecticut (CT ABC) announced this year’s Excellence in Construction winners at its annual industry event on January 28th. Each year, member-firms are asked to submit projects which are then judged by project type by a panel of judges. This year’s judges include Allen V. Herring, Department of Public Works, Susan Labas, Van Zelm, Heyword & Shadford, Inc; Maria A. Loitz, BVH Integrated Services; and Ray Perreault, Central Connecticut State University.
