Architecture Firms Announce Partnership

Bradley Nederhoff of VernerJohnson and Dale Gienapp of Gienapp Architects

Danvers, MA – Gienapp Architects and VernerJohnson, two Massachusetts-based architecture firms, announced the companies have formed a new strategic partnership. The partnership is expected to increase the resources of both firms and the services available to clients.

Gienapp Architects was founded in 2000 and provides architectural design, project management and other services to clients in Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Its services include building design, project management, feasibility studies, master planning, site selection analysis, code review and evaluation, building assessment as well as due diligence and space needs analysis.

VernerJohnson was founded in 1965 as a general architectural practice but in 1978 changed to become a museum-only practice. It is the only architectural firm in the United States specializing exclusively in the planning and design of museums. Their projects range in size from 7,000 to 1.3M sq.ft. and are located throughout the U.S. and around the world.

VernerJohnson will operate primarily from their satellite office at Gienapp Architects’ location in Danvers, Mass.
