Architectural Firm Adds Six Healthcare Professionals

Boston – National architecture and engineering firm HED announced its hiring of six senior level healthcare staff members in its Boston office. The new team members joined HED effective April 24.

These talented designers and healthcare professionals join the firm from Steffian Bradley Architects and its affiliated Sterling Planning Alliance partnership, bringing to HED over 185 years of combined healthcare project experience.

The new hires include:

  • Bobbe Young, Lt Col (Ret), MHA – healthcare studio leader
  • Alberto Salvatore, AIA, NCARB, EDAC – national healthcare design leader
  • Lynn Drover, NCIDQ, AAHID – national healthcare leader interior architecture
  • Donald Luoni – construction administration and business development
  • Jacqueline Royer, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP – healthcare planning
  • Erin Pleasants – healthcare data analyst

Spanning a range of architectural and design perspectives, this group of senior level talent will build on HED’s existing skills in design, project management, medical planning, healthcare administration, data analysis, construction administration, and more.

HED leadership has identified healthcare as an important, fast-growing sector throughout the U.S. and beyond and has worked to build its team, resources, and technology to continue to create cutting-edge design solutions for this industry.
