Hanover, MA – Axiom Architects, specializing in residential and commercial architecture, has announced the completion of 1810 Washington Streetr. The 14,700sf building is a new commercial/retail building with various retail establishments. Jersey Mike’s Subs was the first t to open for business on December 6. Others, including Verizon Wireless and Elements Massage, have since opened or will open soon.
The property is owned and managed by Unicorn Realty, a commercial real estate development, brokerage, and management company based in Norwell, Mass. The development took approximately 12 months to complete.
