Beverly, MA – The Procopio Companies (Procopio) announced that its Sedna Beverly asset has reached stabilization, with 85% of the apartments leased to residents.
Sedna is a two-building, 62-unit development with resort-level amenities, including club space, co-working lounges, outdoor firepits, two roof-decks, a public river-walk and waterfront views.

Sedna Beverly also features the concierge app Hello Alfred, where residents have luxury service amenities included with their rent, along with additional a la carte hospitality services, resident experiences, and events they can elect into.
Sedna Beverly first welcomed residents with the grand opening of 16 Congress St., which is now fully leased, in October 2020 and recently welcomed additional residents with the opening 12 Congress St. earlier this year.
