Bridgeport, CT – Antinozzi Associates recently announced that the firm brought on board three new staff members to compliment an already exceptional architectural and interior design staff. Catherine Fang was hired as an Architectural Design Intern, Saiful Kassim as an Architectural Designer, and Jesus Martinez as a Job Captain.

As a 2010 graduate from the University of Florida with a Master’s in Architecture and Bachelor’s in Design, Catherine brings her knowledge of technology and design to the firm. While in school, she received many awards and recognition for her work. In 2010, she received the Architecture Design Honor Award from the University for outstanding achievement in the architecture design studio.

Catherine’s role is mainly in the conceptual design stage, working closely with the design principals on educational and institutional facility design. Her enthusiasm, awareness and intuition with each project make her a great asset to the company.

Saiful Kassim came to Antinozzi as an Architectural Designer, helping to transform the firm’s conceptual ideas into reality. With extensive experience and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, his contributions to the planning and designing stages have been invaluable. His most notable involvements include numerous municipal and

K-12/educational projects at several architecture firms in Connecticut.

Working closely on projects throughout the pre-construction phases, Saiful brings his design background to guide the execution. He prepares the technical architectural drawings based on the initial ideas, helping implement and achieve the project’s vision.

Jesus Martinez contributes to the Antinozzi Associates team with the role of Job Captain. In 1991, he earned an Associate degree in Civil Engineering from Springfield Technical Community College. In 2002, he earned his second and third degrees from Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Interior Design. Upon graduation, Jesus created the site plans and controlled all project information for Mount Vernon Group in Massachusetts.

He continued on to work with various architectural companies in Connecticut and Massachusetts. His ability to establish relationships with fellow architects and managers enable the design and construction of projects to run smoothly. With over thirteen years of experience, Jesus brings his dependability, managerial experience and interpersonal skills to every assignment.
