Bill Anderson
Waltham, MA – Dakota Partners announced the appointment of Bill Anderson as vice president of corporate finance & accounting.
In this position, Anderson will take ownership of Dakota’s finance and accounting department, leading a team of corporate accountants. The company’s representatives say that the hard work of “Creating Housing That Matters” requires forward thinking financial expertise, which serves as the backbone for every project, and that in this role, Anderson will lead this vital function.
Anderson most recently served as deputy fiscal director at the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA). Prior to CHA, he spent 20 years in various finance roles in the investment services business across Bank of America and State Street Corp.
