Oschild Alexis
Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies announced that Oschild Alexis has been awarded a New England Past President’s Scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to pursue an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential.
Alexis, who joined the Peabody Companies in September of 2021, is the leasing consultant at 840 County in Taunton. The scholarship award will cover a significant portion of the tuition associated with earning his ARM.
“Congratulations to Oschild for receiving a New England Past President’s Scholarship,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with the Peabody Companies. “The ARM credential is recognized for industry excellence and will provide him with a platform for new opportunities.”
