On February 27, AGC Massachusetts presented “Leading Women in Construction: A BWiC Executive Panel”. The sold-out event was held in Boston and featured some of the most successful women in the A/E/C industry. Each panelist brought their individual experiences to the table sharing best practices, challenges, successes and a few disappointments during their paths to success.
Nina Radzim, Director of HR at Gaston Electrical, moderated the event. The four panelists were Marianne Monte, Chief People Officer at Shawmut;
Jennifer Pinck, Founder & President at Pinck & Co., Inc;
Lauren Larson, Sr. Vice President of Organizational Development at Commodore Builders; and Kristin Protas, Vice President and Sr. Legal Counsel at Gilbane.
The next BWiC event will be the BWiC Inspire Awards 2019, being held on March 5th at the Westin Copley.
