Phillip Houston
Bedford, NH – Phillip Houston has joined TFMoran as a civil project engineer in the Bedford office.
He has six years of work experience which includes design of residential and commercial subdivisions, utility and drainage plans, permitting, septic design and stormwater management.
Houston is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
