Paul J. Tyrell
Boston – Paul J. Tyrell, P.E., P.L.S., LEED AP, a civil engineer who is currently providing project management services for transportation initiatives in the Boston area, has been promoted to vice president of STV.
Tyrell has been the Boston office’s chief civil engineer for two years. In his new role, he will serve as deputy project manager for the $1 billion Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) Green Line Extension, which will extend light rail to underserved areas north of Boston via two new branches of the Green Line. STV is the lead designer for the design-build project.
Tyrell is a licensed engineer in Massachusetts, Maine, New York, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
