5 Branch Street Redevelopment Completed

Boston – Marcus Partners, a real estate investment, management and development firm, announced the completion of a $25M redevelopment of 5 Branch Street, a 94,125sf office building in Methuen.

The building has been transformed into a state-of-the-art medical facility with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) as the anchor tenant occupying more than half of the property. DFCI will offer cancer and blood disorder care and outpatient services to adult patients in Merrimack Valley. Approximately 30,000sf remains available for lease for area medical tenants who wish to co-locate in the regional center.

As a result of the extensive redevelopment, 5 Branch Street now offers state of the art building systems and a dramatic new entry and lobby including an in-building café.  Additionally, abundant parking and easy access from both routes 93 and 495 create a desirable and convenient location for medical practices and their patients.

Marcus Partners continues to pursue partnerships with Greater Boston’s premier medical and research institutions for this and other locations. Michael Greeley of Newmark Knight Frank’s medical team is leading the remaining leasing efforts for 5 Branch Street on behalf of Marcus Partners.
