25 Rental Properties at The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental Boston to Convert to Condominiums

Boston – Twenty-five luxury rentals at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will be converted to condominiums and marketed for sale early in 2015. Jeannemarie Conley, senior vice president at Otis & Ahearn, has the exclusive listing to market and sell the condominiums.

As one of the city’s most desirable addresses, these one- and two-bedroom luxury condominiums will offer access to the legendary services and amenities of the award-winning Mandarin Oriental hotel, from spa services, to cutting-edge cuisine, to 24-hour concierge service.

Of the 25 properties, 19 are two-bedroom and six are one- or one+-bedroom. Units range from approximately 930sf to approximately 1,625 sf. There are also 10 affordable rental properties on-site. The existing 10 affordable rental properties located within The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Boston will remain unchanged as affordable rental properties.

“This is a unique opportunity and an ideal time in the market for new condominiums with a critically low level of inventory on the market in downtown Boston,” said Kevin Ahearn, president of Otis & Ahearn.

Conley will be directing the sales effort. The sales process and marketing materials are being finalized. More information will be provided at a later date.
