10 World Trade Receives First East Coast Double Platinum WiredScore Certification

Boston – Boston Global Investors (BGI) announced that 10 World Trade, located in Boston’s Seaport District, has received the East Coast’s first Double Platinum WiredScore and SmartScore Certification.

The 555,250sf, 17-story lab/research and development building, offering Class A office space, has already achieved a SITES Pre-Certification and is targeting LEED Gold. The project includes a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) program, with BGI’s MWBE partners at Cogsville Capital Group and Bastion Companies overseeing the project’s goals for MWBE participation throughout each phase of the project.

WiredScore, which provides rigorous evaluation of a building’s technological and environmental capabilities, awarded the Double Platinum Certification to 10 World Trade in recognition of its unmatched commitment to digital connectivity, resilience, and sustainability.
