Beverly, MA – Windover Construction of Beverly, Mass. has received multiple awards recognizing their outstanding work, including the Excellence in Construction Award from the Massachusetts Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and two PRISM Awards from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB).

The Excellence in Construction program is the premier competition within the construction industry that recognizes outstanding projects, highlighting “the best of the best.” Among other criteria, entrants are considered based on quality, complexity, and effective utilization of resources; project safety; and the recommendations of third parties involved in the project. The panel of judges represents a cross-section of construction industry experts, including owners, architects, engineers, and other industry leaders.

Windover Construction was selected for The Gerrish School of Business and The Judge Science Center, a 67,000sf facility and a focal point for the Endicott College campus, which promotes departmental collaboration and illustrates the college’s innovation in attracting leading research talent. Featuring state-of-the-art learning, meeting spaces, and advanced computer labs, the facility, which was completed ahead of schedule and on budget, advances learning in both business and life sciences.

The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of the home building industry. A national panel of distinguished industry professionals awarded Windover Construction with the silver award for “Best Rental Community” for their work on Enterprise Apartments in Beverly, Mass. and the silver award for “Community Spirit” for their ongoing philanthropic efforts.

“We are very pleased to receive such well-respected awards,” says Lee Dellicker, president of Windover Construction. “We are proud of our work and it is very rewarding to our team to be acknowledged in this way.”
