Werner Named Director of Sustainable Design

Boston – Wilson Architects, a Boston-based architectural firm, recently announced that Jacob Werner, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has been named the director of sustainable design.

Werner leads the firm’s efforts in sustainable design, energy benchmarking, and reporting for the AIA 2030 Commitment. He has extensive knowledge of LEED NC and CI, familiarity with newer programs including Passive House and WELL, and actively tracks new trends and innovations in sustainable design. He works with each project team to incorporate thoughtful, innovative, and sustainable approaches to complex buildings and sites.

Werner mentors young designers both in and outside of the firm and has taught design at the Boston Architectural College.
