Tim Rielly
Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders, Inc. has added Timothy (Tim) Rielly, C.P.E., LEED AP as director of estimating. In this position, he will direct and supervise all operations of the firm’s estimating functions, primarily overseeing policies and procedures related to the bid process and will provide the final approval over all bids and proposals.
Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Rielly was the vice president of pre-construction at Roundhill Construction. He has over 20 years of experience in estimating and pre-construction, having worked at companies such as J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Shawmut Design and Construction and Payton Construction.
He is experienced in design build on projects with heavy foundations including slurry wall, up/down construction, and wood framed through high-rise construction.
