Timothy McManus
Canton, MA – With a 30-year record of success in estimating and construction management, on which to base his recent appointment, Tim McManus has joined Timberline Construction Corporation as vice president and project executive. His specialties include highly complex, fast-track, mission critical, higher education, corporate interior, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
He is responsible for the client relationship, project management and providing team leadership for all phases of work for on-time and on-budget delivery.
Prior to joining Timberline, McManus served as vice president with Tishman Construction for more than eight years and 18 years with Payton Construction. His portfolio of clients includes: Tufts University, New England Conservatory, Bentley University, Boston College, Brandeis University, Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
