Penske Truck leasing facility
Norton, MA – Integrated Builders has begun construction on a new facility for Penske Truck Leasing Corporation at 40 Commerce Way in Norton with a project cost totaling $4.3 million. Condyne, LLC represented the owner, Penske Truck Leasing Corp. for the new 15,192sf property located within the Norton Commerce Center.
Integrated Builders will provide construction management services while working closely with The Curtis Architectural Group. The project team includes civil engineers C&A Engineering; structural engineers Flood Consulting; and fire protection, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing engineers Avid Engineers.
The development will include a single-story Penske truck rental/repair facility, complete with an added mezzanine and administrative offices. Additionally, preengineered construction practices will be utilized to create a clear-space service area, exterior masonry shear walls and metal panels, and a conventionally framed office area with exterior Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) bearing walls.
