Christine Mosholder
Boston – Christine Mosholder, founder of Fort Point PM, was honored by New England Women in Real Estate (NEWiRE) with the Networking Achievement Award for her work on the new Iron Mountain Boston headquarters. This award marks the second time Mosholder has been recognized by NEWiRE. Last year she received the 2013 NEWiRE Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
The Fort Point PM team worked as the owner’s project manager and relocation management team on the 115,000sf Iron Mountain headquarters that was completed in February 2014. Mosholder was one of six women from the project honored with the award.
The other honorees include: Sarah Abrams, vice president of Global Real Estate at Iron Mountain; Sherie Haywood, national director of corporate solutions at Jones Lang Lasalle; Janet Morra, principal at Margulies Perruzzi Architects; Kristin Poulin, vice president of business development at Structure Tone, Inc. and Cynthia Keliher, partner of the Real Estate Group at McCarter & English.
