DPM Welcomes Four

Boston —Diversified Project Management (DPM) recently announced the addition of Barbara Rodi Dadasis, Aby Bhat, Karen O’Leary and Nicole Witaszek to its project management staff.

 

DPMSenior Project Manager, Barbara Rodi Dadasis brings over 25 years of corporate real estate, leasing, design, construction and project management experience to DPM.  Prior to joining Diversified, Barbara successfully managed many programming, space planning, relocation and design projects for clients such as Manulife John Hancock Financial, MIT, Ropes and Gray and Serono, Inc.  Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades working with IBM/Lotus Development where she served as Real Estate Manger and Program Manager for a vast portfolio consisting of 44 facilities throughout North America.

 

Aby Bhat, CAFM Project Manager, joined DPM’s Newton office and is working on DPM’s CAFM tools and process and servicing the growing list of clients in the Real Estate Technology business sector. Aby has experience with architectural firms in India providing design and project coordination for a dental hospital along with a number of other clients and planning spaces for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta-Georgia Tech. She has an Architecture degree and obtained her masters in Building Construction Integrated with Facility Management from Georgia Tech.

 

Karen O’Leary has joined DPM’s Newton office as Project Manager.  A graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Karen possesses more than 10 years of experience planning space and managing moves.  She has extensive experience specializing in logistical planning for furniture reconfigurations, installations, and move management at companies such as Novartis, Verizon and Harvard Law School.

 

Nicole Witaszek, Assistant Project Manager, has joined DPM’s East Hartford office.  Having spent her summer internships with firms such as M Swabb Décor and Style and Spagnolo Gisness and Associates, she brings five years of experience in Interior Design and space planning to DPM.  Nikki is a graduate of The Art Institute of California, San Diego with B.S. in Interior Design.
