Boys & Girls Club of Concord
Concord NH – Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. of Concord, New Hampshire, recently announced the completion of the renovation and addition to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Concord. We worked with the owner on funding from a variety of sources including grants, loans, and fundraising.
The project consisted of a complete gut and renovation of the building, structural upgrades, a new addition, and a complete energy retrofit, as well as all new exterior and interior finishes. A new parking lot was constructed as well as a complete upgrade to Bradley Street. The architect for the project was Frank Anzalone Associates of New London, New Hampshire, and the Civil Engineer was Nobis Engineering, Inc. of Concord, New Hampshire.
