Norwood, MA – Campanelli, in partnership with Thorndike Development, recently broke ground on the new Upland Woods Apartments in Norwood. The 262-unit apartment community will be ready to move in its first residents during the summer of 2015 and is expected to be complete early the following year.

The project team includes Campanelli Construction, Kelly Engineering, Cube 3 Studio, Veitas and Veitas Engineers, and Building Engineering Resources (BER).

Upland Woods Apartments will feature a wide range of apartment styles arranged in seven, four-story buildings each with elevator service along with a clubhouse, pool, and a wide range of other amenities.

The apartments will be located on 24 acres of an 82-acre campus that Campanelli has owned for more than a decade. Originally the creation of Edwin Land the founder of Polaroid, the Upland Woods Campus features pathways, walking trails, and hundreds of mature trees that will enrich the living experience of everyone at Upland Woods Apartments.
