Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc. recently announced that they have been selected to perform an expansion project at Fort Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts.
The focus of this project involves the expansion of the armory section of the Marine Readiness Center. The scope of work will include demolition of existing walls and flooring, and will involve concrete, masonry, mechanical and electrical work associated with building the required fully-grouted concrete walls, concrete floors, ceilings and roof deck. When completed, the center’s armament storage space will have doubled in size.
Brookstone Builders is acting as a sub-contractor on this project with CCI Solutions of Augusta, Maine serving as the primary general contractor. Mark W. Gemmiti will serve as Brookstone Builders’ Project Manager.
